Lexington City Schools uses the SchoolMessenger Notification System to provide timely communication to parents and staff members on matters such as attendance, general interest activities and campus and district emergencies. In order to enhance our ability to accurately deliver that information, we ask that you update and add additional contact information to your student's account.
If you are a parent in our district we kindly request that you create your own contact preference profile by logging into the Parent Portal and then following the instructions linked below. SchoolMessenger allows you to control the ways in which you prefer to be contacted. It also works like a mailbox, giving you a place to review phone calls or other messages you may have missed.
If you have other children attending school in this district who are linked to your ParentPortal account, you will be able to add contact information to all the accounts with a single click.
